1、采用防水剂补偿收缩砼建造60m以上钢筋砼结构，可不留后浇带，以膨胀加强带代替后浇带，连续浇灌砼。可解决后浇缝的清理与凿毛给施工带来麻烦；解决后浇缝须在60天后浇筑、工期长、渗漏隐患多的弊病。

2、防水剂的硫铝酸钙膨胀剂组份具有补偿砼收缩达到抗裂之功效；砼在水中养护14天限制膨胀率≥0.015%，而一般防水剂只能抗渗，不能抗裂；
